This loan was a little trickier than others I have done, but Nathan and his team handled everything and always kept in constant communication with me throughout the process. Working with Nathan at The Mortgage Architects helped bring clarity to an otherwise chaotic process. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through each step during our calls. One area for improvement would be setting clearer expectations upfront around the different people who would be contacting us throughout the process. While he did explain this over the phone, a simple visual like an org chart or timeline would have helped us better understand who was who and when they'd be involved. Overall, we appreciated his guidance and support and would definitely recommend working with him.
